IKR Media wants people with disabilities to be able to use our websites and read our information. This page explains what we are doing about accessibility, what we have and have not checked, and how to tell us about a problem.
We are working to make our websites easier to use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology. We intend to consider accessibility when we build or change pages, and to fix problems when we learn about them.
Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This is a goal. It is not a statement that our websites meet it.
We have not had a formal accessibility audit or conformance test of our websites. We do not claim that any IKR Media website conforms to WCAG, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or any other accessibility standard. If that changes, we will update this page.
Some WordPress websites hosted by IKR Media include Ally, an accessibility tool from Elementor, where it applies to the site. Where it is installed, it may add an accessibility toolbar that lets visitors change how a page looks and works, and it may help site owners find and fix issues. Tools like this can help, but they do not fix every problem and they do not replace careful design, tested content and manual review. If a tool on one of our pages does not work for you, please contact us.
We know of these limits:
IKR Media builds and hosts websites for clients. Each client website is separate from ours. This statement describes IKR Media's own websites. Clients are responsible for what they publish and for their own accessibility statement. If you have trouble using a client's website, contact that business directly. You can also contact us, and we will pass your message on to the client.
If you have trouble using any part of our websites, or you need information in another format, please contact us. It helps if you tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within one business day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time. If you need information in a different format, tell us what works for you and we will try to provide it.
We may update this statement as our websites and tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
