5. Text Message (SMS) Terms

This section explains how text messages from IKR Media work. It applies when you give us your mobile number through a form, a booking, a checkout, or by texting us.

What we text you about

  • Replies to your questions and inquiries
  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Account, billing and service notifications
  • Follow-up and marketing messages, if you agree to receive them

Your consent

You choose whether to give your number and agree to receive texts. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy any product or service from us. Consent applies to the phone number you gave us and to the types of messages described where you agreed.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 619-535-6240. If you opted out and want to start again, you can opt in again through one of our forms.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

How we handle your mobile information

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers that help us deliver messages and run our systems, such as our messaging and CRM platform, and only for that purpose.

Our Terms of Service also apply to texting, including the messaging and usage terms for platform services.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, to make our sites and forms work, keep them secure, and understand how they are used.

What we use them for

  • Essential: to load pages, keep forms and booking tools working, and remember your choices.
  • Security: to protect forms from spam and abuse. Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which is governed by Google's privacy policy and terms.
  • Analytics and measurement: to see which pages are visited and how forms perform, so we can improve our sites and services.
  • Advertising and marketing: where we run ads, tools from advertising platforms may collect information about your visit to measure results and show relevant ads.

Who sets them

Our sites, forms, chat and booking tools run on the LeadConnector (HighLevel) platform, which may set cookies and collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and form activity. Other providers whose tools we embed may also set cookies.

Your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as forms and booking, may not work without them.
  • Many browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control or "Do Not Track" signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.
  • To ask us to stop sharing your information for advertising, email [email protected].

We do not sell personal information. Cookies and tracking tools can change as we update our sites, so the tools in use may change over time.

7. Sharing of Personal Information

We may share personal information with service providers that assist in:

  • Payment processing (e.g., Stripe)
  • CRM and automation services
  • Email and SMS delivery
  • Analytics and hosting services

We do not sell personal information.

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect
  • Request access to their data
  • Request deletion of personal data
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell data)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights

To exercise these rights, contact: [email protected]

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure.

10. Data Retention
